The Double Room with Sea View on the second floor offers a fantastic vista, perfect for those lazy mornings. Having the option to request a larger room if the initial one doesn't meet your needs is a nice touch.
Parking is on-site but quite limited. better luck finding a spot on the road opposite. The room's plug sockets are sparse—could use a couple more for gadgets. My first room felt a tad cramped, especially with a week-long stay and minimal wardrobe space. The bathroom supplies could improve. semi-skimmed milk should replace the whole milk cartons, and it'd be eco-friendly to ask guests whether they need used towels changed. Lastly, the curtains let in too much light in the mornings, which might not be ideal for late risers like me.

Stunning sea views, Charming Victorian decor, Cozy lounge areas
Limited parking availability is frustrating!!! Showers need better water pressure!!! Small bathroom size can be uncomfortable!!! More power outlets would certainly help!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity is annoying!!!

The building’s age is quite apparent. outdated furniture and decor make some areas feel a bit less inviting. I found the shower cubicle excessively small, and the strict breakfast hours from 8:30-9:00 felt too limiting for a relaxing morning, especially on a weekend. On top of that, my garden view room faced a busy main road, leading to early wake-ups courtesy of road sweepers rather than a peaceful retreat.

Breathtaking Views and Comfortable Stay!
Our sea view double room was pristine and offered a stunning horizon. Despite a couple of quirks, like milk selection and towel replacement practices, the view made it all worthwhile! Tip, Don't miss dining at the nearby local restaurants for fresh seafood!

The charming Victorian decor made me feel like royalty! The accessibility features were impressive, allowing me to navigate easily without any hiccups. My room, with its stunning sea view, provided an enchanting backdrop that was simply delightful.
More power sockets would be helpful for seniors.

With stunning sea views and a beautifully decorated room, comfort was a highlight during our stay. The attentive service from Alison ensured we felt welcomed throughout. The breakfast choices were diverse and expertly cooked, although I had hoped for a slightly quicker service. While parking was convenient with a permit, the limited on-site options could be improved. Despite that, the cozy atmosphere and cleanliness made for an enjoyable experience.

This place was just a top selection for a short visit in Scarborough with outstanding value. The shower, though tiny, was clean and functional. If you need a parking spot, be ready to look for limited options nearby.

This place was just a suitable option for a walk in the evening in Scarborough with good value for cost. The room was clean and comfortable, but the curtains let in quite a bit of light, making it hard to sleep in. Bring a sleep mask just in case!
